Dear parents and dancers,
You are invited to attend our 2012 recital, Memories, and celebrate our 20th year of dance. Come and see our “stars” shine.

Our dancers train all year for this recital and love to perform for their families and friends. Our Competition Teams will perform their award-winning routines. These numbers have received Gold, High Gold, and Platinum Scoring with awards.
Gotta Dance Studio, Inc. will again perform our rehearsals and recitals at Transylvania University in Haggin Auditorium of the Mitchell Fine Arts Building.
Don’t miss out on the big night when all our Gotta Dance “stars” shine! We are very proud of them all!
*If your dancer will receive a 5-10-15-20-year trophy or a 7-12-year medal, please sign up in the office by APRIL 30. Presentations will be made before the intermissions in recitals. Each dancer should be escorted by a parent, grandparent, or other person of her choice.*
A $50 non-refundable deposit (due November 15) and a $25 non-refundable balance (due February 15) are required for each recital costume. Upon payment of the deposit, the costume becomes the property of the dancer; NO REFUNDS will be given once the deposit has been paid.
Costumes will be given to dancers in classes beginning March 12, 2012. All costumes are complete with accessories and tights. Proper dance footwear is not included.
Ticket information was included in your dancer’s Recital Information handbook. Additional copies are available in the office.
Tickets are ordered/purchased through an outside source by mail order only beginning April 1, 2012. Send completed ticket order form with check or money order to:

All seating is reserved and anyone occupying a seat must have a ticket. A limited number of handicapped accessible seats are available. Any other special needs should be noted on the ticket form.
Each ticket is $11. Each dancer receives one free ticket for the recital in which she performs. This free ticket MUST BE INDICATED on the completed order form and can only be redeemed with the minimum purchase of full-price ticket.
FAN MAIL: Send a message to your favorite dancer by Fan Mail in our recital program! $1 per line, due by May 12. Examples are available in the office and lobbies.
BALLERINA DOLL: We have a doll for everyone! Choose from blonde or brown hair, light or dark skin. $10 each, due ASAP as long as supplies last. Your order will be available for pick-up at dress rehearsal. Examples are available in the office and lobbies.
FLOWERS: Profesionally designed arrangements wrapped for presentation! Options include “Prima Ballerina” roses, “Petite Ballerina” roses, “TuTu Cute Puppy” flowers, and “Bella Princess” bouquet. Prices vary, due by May 26. Photos are available in the office.
DVD: Cherish your dancer’s performance for years to come. $15 checks to Randy Pack or “Cash Only,” due by the first week in June. Order forms and payments may be submitted to the office.
Wednesday and Saturday classes : Recital Saturday, June 2, 2012, 6:00 p.m; Dress Rehearsal May 30, 2012, 6:00 p.m. Arrive 45 minutes early for both events. Competition Team will be doing opening number only. No solos.
Thursday classes : Recital Sunday, June 3, 2012, 1:00 p.m.; Dress Rehearsal May 31, 2012, 6:00 p.m. Arrive 45 minutes early for both events.
Monday classes : Recital Sunday, June 3, 2012, 6:00 p.m; Dress Rehearsal June 1, 2012, 6:00 p.m. Arrive 45 minutes early for both events.
Photos will be taken again this year by Terri Behrens Photography during dress rehearsals.
Competition Team and Wednesday High School classes are in all recitals unless otherwise noted.
